Arka Dhyana Intuitive Meditation Workshop.

This workshop consists of five sessions

Session 1: Introduction: Preparation, benefits, gestures and the three pillars.
Session 2: This session builds on the previous introductory session and amplifies the key concepts of the method and introduces the 8 points and their significance
Session 3: This session increases the students knowledge through the introduction and practice of the 12 points
Session 4: The student is introduced to the 19 points and acquires confidence by increasing the depth of experience through conscious practice of the different points
Session 5: In this session different versions of the method are shared and personal variations are suggested.
